Considering the present circumstances, this is a particularly sad day, since the people native to Crimea have lost their homeland again and are persecuted. The Parliament of Latvia has recognised the deportations of Crimean Tatars as genocide. Saeima to allow catering services outdoors from 7 May
On Thursday, 29 April, the Saeima in the second and final reading supported urgent amendments to the Law on the Management of the Spread of COVID-19 Infection, inter alia, allowing catering services in outdoor spaces from 7 May, as long as the epidemiological safety requirements established by the Cabinet of Ministers are observed.
Saeima in the third reading supports changes in procedure for issuing broadcasting permits
