Press briefings by parliamentary groups
Press briefings by parliamentary groups take place after each regular plenary sitting, and they are also broadcast on radio.
Representatives from each parliamentary group inform listeners about issues debated at the plenary sitting and express the viewpoint of the relevant parliamentary group on topical political issues, as well as on other recent activities of the Saeima.
In Riga and its vicinity, press briefings by parliamentary groups are broadcast on Radio NABA on frequency 93.1 MHz.
Elsewhere in Latvia, broadcast of press briefings by parliamentary groups can be heard on the frequency of Latvijas Radio 3 “Klasika”.
